Insurance:

For insurance enquiries:

  • If you chose to include our fleet insurance policy as part of your subscription, you should contact Zego by email on XXXXX or by phone on XXXXXX
  • If you opted to arrange your own insurance cover, please refer to your policy documents for your insurer’s contact details. (We will have a version saved so ask us if you can’t find your own copy).

Home charge point:

If you have questions about your easee home charge point, please contact us on hello@elmodrive.com ** or call us on **020 3488 4500

If we can’t help with the issue, we will then put you in touch with easee directly.

Home energy:

If you are a SO Energy customer or in the process of switching and have questions relating to your home energy, please contact SO Energy directly on XXX@so.energy or call them on XXXX
